How can i get help for constant ankle pain? i don't think its swollen or broken?

You would: Know if it was swollen simply by looking at it. So the question is why do you have constant pain. For that a clinical exam and likely an x-ray is in order. Depending on that exam you may have your answer or the doc may want to order an mri....Either way constant pain warrants a trip to the foot and ankle specialist.
