Can you tell me when i travel by car, bus or plane for more than 5 hrs, why do my ankles & feet get very swollen?

Position: It is the position of sitting and doing this puts pressure on the back of the leg and compresses the blood vessel and nerve. Also because you are not moving there is no muscle contraction to help push the blood around.
