Depends: Dizziness is usually under the control of the inner ear structures (semicircular canals) . Any infection or fluid in the middle or inner ear, nasal allergies, sinus infections can affect dizziness. Hypotension(low blood pressure) from anemia, high blood pressure medication or problems with blood flow to the ear structures (heart or carotid artery occlusion) and should be evaluated and treated.
