Dizzy in summer: First. Make sure your are not overheated (got a thermometer ?) Sometimes we use loose our ability to sweat because of medication ( eg. Topamax) or by becoming dehydrated. Best replace evaporated sweat with fluids that contain electrolytes (like Gatorade) so you don't dilute your sodium or potassium. Avoid heat stroke and volume depletion due to dehydration by getting out of the heat if dizzy.

Can'tTakeTheHeat,Huh: Keep up with fluids and if you sweat a lot make sure your salt intake is adequate (don't overdo that, just make sure you get some....salt, that is). It's easy to fall behind with fluids in hot humid weather. If the dissiness gets too bad then maybe you should talk it over with your doctor. The heat may be bringing out something besides just mild dehydration.
