My best friend has seen many dr. and they can't find out what is wrong with him. he gets dizzy, vomites, looses motor function, is becoming recluse.

Dizzy: Could be many things from your description. Possibly some type of inner ear problem like ménière's disease. See an ear specialist for hearing test, vestibular testing, possibly imaging.
