Vertigo or Lighthead: I believe when you state Dizziness , you have Vertigo. Either room is spinning or you are spinning. It may be positional. LIke being on Boat. You you can get Meclizine OTC. But makes you drowsy. Promethazine is not available OTC You need to find out why are you getting dizzy? Are you anemic, do you have ear infection? do you eat balanced food?
