Surviving abuse: Thank you for asking this. I myself have been diagnosed late in life with post traumatic stress from a very violent childhood. This history may lead to incredible healing if you are willing to work on why at your age the abuse is still painful. There are numerous resources and groups who can help you heal. But, if you are still hurting that is okay. You are normal. Please ask for help.
