Actually good: Since fatty meals will make the side effects of orlistat worse (abd pain/cramp, fatty stool, flatulence, nausea/vomittinf), slim fast is quite slim and thus will be better than a double mac with cheese! xenical really works by teaching how to eat--less fatty/greasy foods. If trouble, consult doc. Good luck.
