Is orlistat (alli) safe to take for someone who is on prozac (fluoxetine) 40mg daily? is it a safe medicine?

Orlistat blocks fat: absorption and has no interactions with Prozac, (fluoxetine) Simvistatin, or Allopurinol. Grapefruit juice can significantly increase the blood levels of Simvastatin. You are wise to review interactions when on medications. Therapy may assist with anxiety, obsessions and compulsions which can lead to fatigue. Best regards for relief.

Orlistat: No one should take a additional medication unless prescribed by your doctor. If the doctor has prescribed it you should be informed of the reason for Orlistat.
