Orlistat blocks fat: absorption and has no interactions with Prozac, (fluoxetine) Simvistatin, or Allopurinol. Grapefruit juice can significantly increase the blood levels of Simvastatin. Orlistat: No one should take a additional medication unless prescribed by your doctor. If the doctor has prescribed it you should be informed of the reason for Orlistat.
