What would be cause for increased hepatic venous pressure in an otherwise healthy liver per ultrasound/labs/ct scan?

Increased upstream : Increased pressure upstream would lead to back pressure into the liver. The most common cause is left heart failure, followed by right heart failure, followed by one of the many causes of pulmonary hypertension.
