Possible: Could you feel your uterus before? Usually the pregnant uterus isn't palpable until approx 12 weeks gestation. If the uterus is already enlarged, anteverted (bends forward), it's possible that in a thin woman you can palpate the top. When you obtain your ultrasound, your OB will tell you if you have any fibroids, masses, or uterine abnormalities as part of your exam. Congrats on your pregnancy.

Pregnant uterus: Vwry unlikely: either you're more than 7-8 wks or the uterus has fibroids. You need to see the doctor and have an ultrasound.
