How to measure baby bump? i don't know where to feel my uterus is at and pubic bone? i'm 30 weeks pregnant.

Centimeter tape: Take a centimeter sewing tape and press the zero end on the top of the pubic symphysis and then take the tape to the top of the fundus. Most commonly it will measure 30 centimeters at 30 weeks.
