Preterm labor: An abdominoplasty changes the abdominal wall. Preterm labor is caused by infection or inflammation. Totally not related.

Don't worry be happy: First off congratulations! this shoud not be a cause of concern. Your tummy may be slightly tighter feeling compared to an unoperated belly but it is unlikely to affect your pregnancy or child. You may need a revision though if you wish to return to your pre pregnant appearance.

No: Having had abdominoplasty will not prevent your abdomen from stretching again. You may have your result change after pregnancy and may get a revision.

Not Necessarily.: Your ob/gyn will be in the best position to advise you. Generally speaking, most patients who have undergone tummy tuck surgery are able to deliver at term. Of course, depending on many factors, including skin elasticity and patient goals, revisionary tummy tuck surgery may be necessary subsequently. Best wishes.

Unlikely....: Review the situation with your obstetrician but you will probably be ok. :).
