call your OB NOW: As u need to be examined right away to make sure u are not trying to have a misc or that you are not getting an incompetent cervix u need an OB ultrasound a cervix exam and an ultrasound to check cervix length because with your past hx u are more at risk and u may need a cerclage and then Progesterone to prevent early delivery , so call your OB now.
