Nutritional Rx: Fibroids are a result of high estrogen levels. High estrogen can be caused by excessive carbohydrate intake (via competetive inhibition of glucoronidase enzyme) therefore a low carb diet is beneficial to reduce estrogen and help shrink fibroids.
