Balanced diet/ water: Large bowel movements are associated with constipation. The most common cause of constipation is a diet not rich in fruits and vegetables and not enough water. If you eat at least 5 to 8 servings per day of fruits and veggies and drink at least 1 l of water it will get better. Fruits that start with the letter "p" also help you with bowel movements. Don´t forget to keep your body moving!
