A member asked:

Is there any possibility of a woman with frequent ovarian cystic problem not being able to conceive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: But it depends on the underlying reason for the cysts. If she has polycystic ovary syndrome, her fertility will certainly be reduced as she is not ovulating regularly. But just having cysts does not necessarily reduce her fertility.
