People : People with irregular cycles and cysts most likely have an ovulation problem. You should see your ob/gyn and ask for tests to see why you are not ovulating. Sometimes it is from a medical problem like the thyroid not working right. Sometimes there is no clear reason but there is still simple medication that you can take to help you ovulate.
