Yes, but get started: When such problems are severe enough to warrant treatment, often patients and their doctors rely on medications and/or therapy. So, if you do not want to take medicine for these symptoms you could try therapy. If you'd like to try self-help techniques this is ok too. But, it's important not to let these symptoms go on too long--they tend to respond more readily to treatment if it is started early.

Consult w/ a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist 4 a careful diagnosis.
