Some antibiotics: I don't know what you mean by "regular antibiotic treatment." there are specific antibiotics used for each disease.

Yes: Both syphilis and lyme disease are treatable and curable with antibiotics. In the case of syphilis, intravenous or intramuscular penicillin is used. For lyme disease, oral Doxycycline or intravenous Ceftriaxone are used.
