Lyme: Elisa test to determine if you're infected, if +, a Western Blot to confirm. I don't think Lyme endemic in Chile.

Mondor disease: Mondor disease is a thrombophlebitis of the superficial veins in the breast. It can be mistaken for an infection, but it's not. There is no role for antibiotics if this is truely Mondor disease.
