How long does it take for pain from spinal tb to fade after starting treatment?

Varies: This is dependent on what type of treatment- surgical v just with medication and bracing. It also may be complicated by the extent of spinal involvement and the degree of bony destruction and its location and to how the TB is reponding to the appropriate combination of antibiotics and to how healthy your were at the start of your treatment such as nutrition status. Generally, within 6 weeks.
