Often, TB is treated: with three or four medications: isoniazide, rifampin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide. None of these are known to have skin darkening as a side effect; effects when used in combination are less well known. You might wait until your treatment is finished and see if your skin normalizes. I would only use a topical treatment;you have enough systemic drugs on board! Hydroquinone is most often prescribed.
