Will you get mumps at any age?

You Can: You sure can. Even immunized people will have the immunity wear off sometimes. But immunization is still the best prevention.

Depends: If you had it in childhood, or were immunized, the chance of you getting it again are close to zero. If you never had it and were never immunized you could get it at any age. Adults who get it often have more trouble than kids, with a significant number having inflamed testis or ovaries as part of their illness.
