Evaluation first : I am not aware of any. I recommend an in person group with a licensed therapist. Having a licensed therapist might not happen in a virtual group. Also, bad dreams may be a symptom of a number of things. I recommend thorough evaluations by psychologist and md before joining a group.

See a professional: Bad dreams are a symptom of an underlying emotional issue. You should be trying deal with the underlying cause, not the symptom. A good psychotherapist should be able to help you get to the bottom of the problem so you don't have to keep having bad dreams. See a psychologist, or a psychiatrist (in person!) who specializes in psychotherapy.

It can be: For some, online counseing can be effective, Check you state laws to see if it is legal in the state you happen to live in. Generally speaking, counseling in person is best. One cannot substitute in-person body language and facial expressions with online interaction.
