I have experienced extreme fatigue for months. Serum iron is 7.6 umol/l . S- Transferrin 35.8 umol/l. S % saturation 10.6%. S- Ferritin 8 MG/ml. EBV IGG positive EBV IGM negative EBV NA IGG positive. Repeated viral infections. Difficulty breathing.
Diagnosed with post viral fatigue after 2 week fever unknown origin. Besides having days of extreme weekness I constantly feel hot, especially around the head/cheeks. Airconditioning/ice pack makes me feel better. Why do I feel hot like this?
Can tonsillitis (viral) cause extreme fatigue also apparently sinusitis (not bacterial) I don't want to sleep during day and make myself more tired!
