Yes: Once you are cured from AML (usually we say if you are cancer free for 5 years, you are cured), you can participate in any sport. Just need to keep in mind, there are long term effects of chemotherapy such as heart problems, risk of secondary cancer. Therefore, it is important to be evaluated annually with clinic specialized in taking care of cancer survivors.
