If all the crowding is in the front, then it's unlikely that your front teeth could push all the other teeth backwards. The front teeth are smaller and the back teeth are larger. In a tug-o-war, the bigger will always win.

No: Teeth want to erupt and to move toward the midline to compensate for the wear we don't give them, that our stone-aged ancestors did. If you have crooked teeth they will not spontaneously "straighten." you need to have an orthodontic consultation. Ask your dentist for a referral.
