I need to know when is the best time to get my wisdom teeth removed?

Everyone's different: Wisdom teeth should be removed prior to the age of 30 when the roots are 1/3 to 2/3 developed, are involved in pathology, interfering with prosthetic or orthodontic treatment or are symptomatic.

Now: Since you are 39, if they required removal, the sooner the better. Best advice is to see a board certified oral surgeon for advice, and if needed, treatment.
