No, don't do any T: Never take any exogenous (outside) testosterone if you want to maintain your fertility. It doesn't matter whether it's a shot, patch, or cream, etc, as it's being studied as a reversible form of contraception (birth control) in men. Any time you want to raise your t, you risk negative feedback at your pituitary, thereby shutting lh & fsh, so no more t & sperm production. There are other options.
