A single: Testicle should, when mature, be capable of maintaining testosterone at normal levels. However not knowing the reason for your orchiectomy, i cannot say for certain especially if it was for infection, trauma, malignancy or torsion. Certain processes can affect both pre-pubertal testes while appearing to spare one. If you have some concerns then ask your doctor to draw a testosterone level.
