Yes: Clinamycin is a good alternative for people with people with allergies to ancef (cefazolin).

Clindamycin: Yes Clindamycin can be used as an antibiotic in orthopedics if you are allergic to penicillin.

Clindamycin: Its use in orthopedic surgery is for treatment or prophylaxis for gram positive organisms, usually when penicillin or Cephalexin allergy exists.

Antibiotic : Good broad spectrum antibiotic. Good for PCN allergy

Only if indicated: good antibiotic but unless a culture shows the need, there are other less costly. there are a lot of less costly drugs out there that are excellent.

Ok: It is a common back up medicine if you are allergic to cephalosporins
