More specifics.: This question requires more specifics. What type of eye cancer? Where is the cancer located, inside or outside of the eye? How was the cancer treated? What do you mean by the "eye not clearing up?" is an extternal or internal eye cancer still present or are you referring to residual post treatment inflammation? Please provide these specifics and i can better assist you.
