Either, both: Does it really matter what part of the enchiladas got you sick? Anyone else get sick? Was it some other food beside the enchiladas?

Can't tell: It's generally pointless to try to figure out what made you sick. It's hard enough to identify which meal it was, much less which component of the meal. The only time it matters is in the case of outbreaks affecting multiple people, where it's possible to determine which food they had in common.
