Yeast: Vaginal itching is frequently from yeast infection, especially in pregnant women. Often vagisil and/or Monistat will help.

Yeast infection?: Actually, your symptom don't suggest uti. Vaginal itching in pregnancy is mostly due to a yeast infection, one of the most common vaginal complaints in pregnancy. All otc yeast creams are safe in the first trimester, see if that helps. Also, cranberry juice and increased water intake may help prevent true uti. Hope that helps.
