Treat yeast: Especially if you're on an antibiotic for the UTI, you could have a vaginal yeast infection. Many (at least in the US) vaginal yeast infection treatments are available OTC. It won't hurt to use one, and it'd probably help.

Antibiotics?: If you are on antibiotics for the uti, you have probably triggered a yeast infection. This is not serious but can lead to quite a bit of itching and irritation. See if you can get a vaginal anti-fungal cream or suppository medication from a pharmacy. This should help.
