Blurred vision: Both high & low blood sugar levels can affect vision: high blood sugar causes swelling in lens, resulting in blurred vision. When blood sugar is better controlled, lens is less/not swollen & vision may change again. If eyes have adapted to higher blood sugar levels & swelling, dropping down to low sugar levels can cause blurred vision.
