A member asked:

Have symptoms of hypoglycemia every time i am hungry or have just eaten. dizziness, sweating, blurred vision etc) happens every day. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

First, check sugar: With fingerstick testing at onset of symptome to determine if it is really low sugar causing symptoms if 4-5 houres after eating, especially sweets, then this id late post-meal hypoglycemia due to abnormal Insulin secretion pattern most respond to staying away from sweets, some need meds- dpp-4 ihibitor it is a warning re: risk for overt diabetes in future.
