No pain meds needed: You shouldn't need much pain control by now. Contact your doctor if you still have that much pain.

See surgeon: If significant pain is ongoing there could be a problem so need to see your surgeon. Hernia repairs can cause extended periods of discomfort but should not be needing narcotics after 4 weeks.
