Not related: A frozen shoulder takes 2-5 years to resolve on its own, but can be treated with injections and therapy and this can speed up the recovery. Rheumatoid arthritis doesn't lead to stiffness or a frozen shoulder unless the RA destroys the joint. This can only be helped with a shoulder replacement.
