Combo: Hello. I don't know his age. If he is a minor - that seeing a board certified child psychiatrist for medication and a doctoral level clinical psychologist who is specialized in children may be the best bet. If he is an adult - getting help with both appropriate psychotropic medications and therapy is also important. Take care.
