Caregiver burnout: Make sure you are getting enough sleep, at least 7-8 hours a night. Make time for exercise such as walking most days. Please try and eat a healthy diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates like whole grain bread and oatmeal, and lean meats and fish and yoghurt. It would be a good idea to see your physician for an exam and screening labs and tests. A support group might help.
