What things would an ent doctor do differently than a regular doc?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

In what context: Ents usually will perform a more concentrated exam of the head and neck, if necessary. Ents have specially equipment , like flexible laryngoscope to look at the larynx (vocal cords), microscopes to look at the middle ear and ear drum magnified and telescopes to look up inside the nose and the openings where the sinuses drain, if symptoms or signs warrant.
