If i have not been exposed to tb, a bump would not appear, so do i have it?

Probably not: I assume you're asking about a TB skin test. If you have no "bump" after 2 days, your test is negative, which suggests that you haven't been exposed to tb. This makes it less likely that you have either TB or latent tb, but it doesn't rule it out. A skin test is not a way to diagnose tb, and false negatives can occur.
