Dehydration?: Diuertics lower blood pressure by removing salt and water fro the body. It can cause a significant drop in blood pressure and if too low can cause dizzyness. Can also dehydrate people and cause dizzy. Electrolyte abnormalities and kidey failure are also a possble cause . You need to see your doctor for blood work and a blood pressure check. The blood pressure should be chkd lying, sit, and standing.
