Classical Homeopathy: Remedies used in classical homeopathy are safe during pregnancy -- when prescribed by an experienced homeopath for clear purposes. I wouldn't recommend buying mixtures labeled as "homeopathic" because some contain material substances that aren't proven safe in pregnancy. They also may not match you. Classical homeopaths use single remedies, in potencies that do not endanger you or your baby.

blanket statement N: Unlike allopathic medications, most homeopathic remedies do not cause persistent side effects, do not have any molecular densities to contribute to toxicity for the baby or mother, but the dose, and the frequency of dosing, requires sound judgment. If it can act effectively, the possibility of adverse reaction must be possible.... With proper supervision, generally safer.

Safe as water: By definition, homeopathic drugs are diluted so many times there is no active ingredient. Since there is nothing there, except the placebo effect, they can't hurt. But why waste your money? Do check, though, i've seen things labeled "homeopathic" that contained other things.
