Some OTC creams R OK: Over the counter antihistamine creams are safe to use. If the bites are severe, using an OTC cortisone cream for a few days is safe and can help relieve the itching

Baking Soda: For individual bites a paste made from baking soda and water will stop the itching and is OK to use during pregnancy. Apply the paste directly to the bite area only. For multiple bites you can add a 1/4 cup of baking soda to a luke warm bath to soothe the itching as well. Soak in the bath for up to 15 min then rinse well.
