Atypical: The pain you describe, as limited as this description is, sounds atypical and probably not cardiac. Thyroid dz can cause nuero/muscular symptoms but usually in untreated pts. A thorough h&p along with ecg, and labs to start.If no obvious source and symptoms persist a stress test to rule out the heart may be indicated.
