NOT likely: Mild hypothroidism is often asymptomatic. There are many possible symptoms of hypothyroidism, depnding on the severity, but common ones are: fatigue, loss of energy, lethargy, wt gain, decrease appetite, cold intolerance, dry skin, hair loss, sleepiness, muscle/joint pain, weakness in extremities, depression, emotional issues--just to name a few. Breast pain is not..So consult your doc. Good luck.

Probably not: Breast pain is categorized as cyclical and non-cyclical, meaning there's the kind that occurs with the menstrual and the kind that doesn't. Hypothyroidism is not typically a cause of either; by the same token, some women get breast pain with their cycle only once in a while. Check with the doctor managing your hypothyroidism.
