Save your money: The minimum daily requirements for vitamins are set quite high to allow for individual variation. A few people have kinks in the vitamin E or folate or biotin metabolism and need to take large doses; not so for vitamin c. Anything like a reasonable diet with a modest amount of citrus fruit, or a dirt-cheap daily multiple vitamin, guarantees you'll have enough vitamin c.
